Do you produce a catalog?
No, because new stock is added to the website on a regular basis which means a catalog is very quickly out of date.

Do you offer seeds not listed on your website?
We specialize in rare and exotic seeds as listed on the website, however if there are particular rare exotic seeds that you are looking for we may be able to source them for you, please contact us with the details.

What are the delivery times?
Seeds are delivered within 28 days (normally much sooner).

I have unintentionally sent multiple copies of the same order. What do I do?
In general, if we receive duplicate orders in quick succession, we assume that an error has been made and will complete only one of the orders received. If you are not sure, please notify us by email.

Do I need to have an import permit?
For small packets you will not need an import permit or a phytosanitary certificate.

When is the best time for buying and sowing seeds?
The seeds should be sown right after you receive them, irrespective of the season. Please read germination advice before sowing, in some countries an extended period of warmer conditions may apply.

It's a copper fungicide to keep fungus away from the seeds.
